Empowering Prisoners and Families to Restore their faith; a Spirit Contemporary Vision.
Supporting Restoration and New Beginnings.
Mark 11:25 “And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive them, so that your Father in Heaven may forgive you for your sins”
The foundation of Restored. is built on TRUST. Restored. is a spiritual contemporary fellowship that meets people where they are at; at every part of their journey towards freedom. Whether someone is currently incarcerated, has been released, is a child of a parent behind bars, or is a member of the wider community, we understand the wide-reaching impact of crime. In acknowledging the profound effects, we also embrace the boundless reach of God's unwavering love, grace, and mercy, which extends to each and every one of us. We invite you to join us in witnessing the transformative power of this love in the lives of those we serve, as well as in our own lives.Truth- Without truth of self what do we have?
Prison Out Reach
Restoration with individuals who find solace in their faith is paramount, as it offers not just a path to personal redemption but also a means of fostering a positive transformation within the prison environment. When individuals connect with their spirituality, particularly through a belief in God, they often experience a profound internal shift that guides them towards self-reflection, accountability, and ultimately, rehabilitation. This restoration is not merely about religion, rather we are about cultivating a sense of purpose, hope, and moral growth through raw and honest story telling. From our leadership team to the relationships we develop with prisoners, victims and their families, we are here to reignite connection, forgiveness, and instil hope for the future from both ends. Restored. provides prisoners with the tools to confront their past mistakes, make amends, and embrace a more constructive future. Moreover, when inmates undergo this process of spiritual restoration, it often leads to a reduction in recidivism rates, contributing to safer communities and facilitating the reintegration of individuals into society as reformed and productive citizens.
Programs For Inmates, Ex-Inmates and Inmates’ Families
Prison and Post Prison programs focus on providing life-changing inspiration and skills for incarcerated individuals through a variety of programs we offer that are God led in the spirit. People released from prison with a support system experience a more secure sense of reintegration. Restored. “Bridge to Life” program is designed to provide release support in the form of community-focused halfway houses, integration and life support. Restored. Family programs are designed to create connections with children and family of and their incarcerated parents, or family members and community while also helping to reduce their anxiety.
We are actively running our Restored. Post Prison 14 Day Program in Calgary with the next program starting July 22nd, 2024 at the Marda Loop Church. More details can be found at the link below.
